How can I reach people to help them keep their home?

Of course, I know that lenders cannot give out details of borrowers who are behind in their payments, but as a real estate broker for over 20 years, along with additional experience as an AVP over collections, foreclosures and REO, I feel that the biggest help we can give homeowners right now is helping them stay in their homes. HUD recently came out with a stat that 80% of the people that lost their homes had never spoken to their lender…someone has to get the word out and help these people!
